Marie and Dorothee, certified coach and yoga teacher, co-founders of Intermission Atlanta, come directly to your workplace to deliver structured, science-based group sessions focused on stress regulation, team potential activation, mindful communication, focus, alignment and confidence activation. In one hour (or shorter format), we teach employees practical tools they can immediatly apply at work. Including breathing techniques, simple nervous system education, mindful communication, gentle movement and EFT Tapping. They are guided, experiential sessions where teams actively learn how to regulate stress, reset mentally and recharge physically during the workday.
